Outbound Agent - Job Description

While these times are uncertain, Answering Service One is on solid ground, still growing and putting our Team FIRST. We are a 24/7/365 call center/answering service and we are looking to add some amazing talent to our team. We have multiple open spots with varying shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
  • Maintain confidential information in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Obtain caller information by answering telephone calls and verifying all information gathered
  • Work in a team environment
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and typing/keyboarding skills
  • Type 30 WPM
  • 1-3 years’ experience preferred in a customer service or call center setting
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Must be able to read and adhere to scripting
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
    Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instruction
  • Must be able to pass a Drug Screening and Background Check
  • Must have clear and professional verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
