Lisa serves as a liaison between clients and the senior team to foster continuous and seamless movement on project initiatives and to foster strategic customer relationships. Bringing skills in medical customer service, operations, quality assurance, and agent education, Lisa works in-step with our project manager to ensure efficient management of operations for all new accounts.

Lisa delivers learning & development programs and tracks success across multiple departments and focuses on organic growth, acquisition integration, customer expansion, customer retention, and team building.
