Premier Healthcare Call Center Exceeds Growth Projections and Outgrows Facility
Seymour, TN: Answering Service One, designed from the ground up to be a new kind of call center, began operations less than one year ago in April 2017. But the nationwide interest in its premier services far outpaced its own optimistic growth plans. By February of this year, just ten months after opening its doors, Answering Service One had maxed out its brand-new, state-of the-art call center facility.
Anticipating the need for more space, Answering Service One had already begun to address this need for additional room. It’s 3,400 square foot addition, which more than doubles its size, will provide space for forty more operator stations, allowing it to meet forecasted demand for the foreseeable future.
“This is an exciting moment for us,” says Answering Service One director of operations, Richard L. Hutcherson. Hutcherson has helped manage Answering Service One rapid growth and structure it for the future. “We’ve been bringing on new accounts faster than we expected, and that’s a good problem to have. Once our expanded facility goes online, space will no longer be an issue.”
With this building addition, Answering Service One will hold a grand opening March 19 to mark its first ten months of successful operation and celebrate its new, expanded facility. A ribbon cutting ceremony will occur at 11:30 a.m., with a public open house from noon to 3:00 p.m.
Answering Service One, strategically located in Seymour, Tennessee, is just twenty minutes from Knoxville, as well as twenty minutes from Maryville and Sevierville. Answering Service One chose this part of Tennessee for the quality of its workforce, with a better educated, more nimble labor pool. “We’re looking to hire 30 to 40 more employees right away,” said Hutcherson.
