Director of Operations
Andrew Rup joined the team at Answering Service One in 2020 as Director of Engagement and now serves as Director of Operations. He assumed both roles after demonstrating his gift for uplifting and supporting others, likely learned in his experience as pastor of a local community church. Andrew seeks to improve and support the company's performance leading with a dedication to enrich the lives of his colleagues and company clientele by ensuring the ASO workplace can be a springboard to help everyone better themselves.
Through collaboration with the ASO senior team, Andrew has spearheaded several "give-back" initiatives to assist team members in need and to benefit the Seymour community. Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted husband and father of three. When he isn't active performing community service projects with homeless populations, he enjoys running, hiking, or sitting back to watch his favorite Boston teams: the Celtics and Red Sox.
